A handy pocket reference book for cross referencing among many Buddha statues photos (Mandala) for visualization, with the mudra of hand gesture and the mantra for chanting.
The App features the following:
1. The Buddha statues photos are beautiful . While you can enjoy the Buddhist statues art cultures, it is also a very good tool for practicing visualization in Tantric Buddhism practice.
2. Buddha statues photos are mostly arranged as the left is the statue photo, and right side accompanied with explanation of the Mudra and Mantra, handy to look up mudra and mantra with a simple swipe to right when you see the deity on the left.
3. A nice photo viewer that helps you navigate from one photo to another. It is easy to navigate back and forth to each category and view the buddha statue photos.
4. You can pinch to zoom in and out, rotate, resize each Buddha statue photo for details, and also flip to navigate to next photo.
5. The UI of the App supports both English and Chinese, but the text explanation for Mudra and Mantra on the right side of photo are still in Chinese.
6. The titles of the deities are in both Chinese and English text side by side, which help learning the language along enjoying art of Buddhist statues cultures
Over sixty statue photos of popular Buddha and Bodhisattva such as Amitabha Buddha and Avalokitesvara etc. are contained in the App, and they are well classified for easy finding as Root Guru, Patriarch, Buddha, Buddha Mother, Bodhisattva, Vidyaraja, The Heavens, God of Wealth, and Earth God and displayed in different sections for each category.
